What is your policy on making a deposit?

AT&M Administrative Services requires a deposit before we start any assignment. On all assignments we require 50% up front before any work is started. The estimated price of the assignment will determine the amount of the deposit. For example, if the project has 1,000 pages we estimate the finished project will be 500 pages. We calculate the total amount of 500 pages, divide by two.

What is your turnaround time on assignments?

Depending on the size of the assignment and our workload, we offer a 48 hour turnaround on anything less than 50 pages. Assignments greater than 50 pages will have to be reviewed and an estimate will be given at that time.

Do you offer "same day" typing?

Currently we only offer same day typing on typing assignments one to five pages. There is a $10 fee for all rush jobs. Please call or email us for more information.

Do you accept credit cards?

We only accept credit cards over the Internet using PayPal.
